Scope of Services
We deliver market research reports, strategic consulting, and tailored intelligence. Each engagement will be defined by a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, format, and timelines.
Use of Content
All content is licensed for internal business use only by the purchasing client. Reproduction, redistribution, or public disclosure—partial or full—is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All data, methodologies, written material, and visual content are the intellectual property of MarketMinds Advisory. Use of our deliverables does not imply ownership transfer unless expressly stated.
Payment Terms
All payments must follow the terms outlined in your invoice or contract. Services are billed on a full or milestone basis. Delivery may be paused or withheld in case of delayed payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our work (custom and digital research-based deliverables), all sales are final once the project or report has been initiated or delivered.
Refunds or cancellations are only considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Errors in billing
- Services not rendered due to internal delays (with mutual written acknowledgment)
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days. Please contact us immediately at sales@marketmindsadvisory.com for resolution of any billing concerns.
Confidentiality
We treat all client communication, data, and engagements as strictly confidential. Clients must also respect the proprietary nature of our reports and consulting content.
GDPR & Data Privacy
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect, process, or store personal data necessary for contractual communication or legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability
MarketMinds Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or reliance on our content or recommendations. Our reports are based on the best available data at the time and are intended to support, not replace your internal judgment or legal/regulatory review.
